My work life is broadly split across two careers- the first one was in consumer marketing, and the second in coaching and leadership development. I worked in consumer marketing for about 15 years- worked for P&G and Reckitt. Then began my coaching career. Have coached over 400 senior executives including a number of CEOs over the last 17 years, and also worked with leadership teams across domains in India and abroad.
